Processing Times
- Each order is packed with care and processed within 3-5 business days after your payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow your beauty essentials right to your doorstep.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – dependable delivery at an affordable rate.
- Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders because we love rewarding self-care.
Domestic Shipping
- We ship anywhere in the U.S., including PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Tracking Your Order
We’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way:
- A confirmation email once your order is placed.
- A shipping email with tracking info once your order leaves our hands.
Delivery Issues
We want you to love your BAUW Beauty experience from start to finish. If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@bauwbeauty.com.
- If a package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your carrier or neighbors first – then let us know if you still need help.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We try to process orders quickly (because your beauty can’t wait). You may cancel or update your order within 8 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be on its way.
